TECHNOPOLYMER MOULDING DEPARTMENT
We injection mould technopolymer, bi-material and over moulded products. Our machinery is fully automated with software which enables real time planning. We can therefore meet delivery lead times and offer versatility for pre-production runs and short runs. This fexibility enables us to fully integrate with the production cycle of our clients.
The speed of the operation is due also to moulding machines with pneumatic manipulators or 3-axis robots. Since the company was established we have developed many innovations including over-injection of inserts in areas completely automated and injection of bi-component materials.

DIE CASTING DEPARTMENT
We die cast products in zamak and aluminium.
The die casting department is equipped with systems to ensure ongoing control of the production process.
All mechanical finishing work can be carried out, on die cast pieces as well as surface finishing, to supply a product which is ready to use.
